Founded in 1962 in Hart, Texas, The Hart Beat was purchased and moved to San Antonio in 2008 by SA Legal News, L.L.C. It is the only qualifying paper in Bexar County which is both locally owned and operated for legal notice. In accordance with Texas statute, storage facilities must publish notice at least 15 days prior to the dates of their auctions. The Hart Beat publishes most of the auctions for the San Antonio area and provides subscribers with a weekly quick reference guide.
